Disgusted service from Nedbank

The worse bank to ever deal with. From car finances to insurances. Really regret the day i invested in this ****ty bank. Just cancel policies via email without even bothering to contact the client to explain the reasoning. And if you want to reactive - sorry we don't have this policy anymore so client must be penalized

They don't care about customers or customer service at all
