Disgusted. Poor service. Just a big NO GO

Nedbank Canal Walk Waited 1 hour for someone to ask me what I am waiting for, no progress. It’s been about 2.5 hours now and nothing. No information on how long to wait, just a lady with a clipboard writing names down. I do not even know the purpose of that, seems ridiculous a large company such as nedbank can just allow their customers to just wait and wait with no information whatsoever from the consultants.

Absolutely disgusted
