Disgusted New Nedbank customer

I app**** for a personal loan that was approved by Nedbank on the 13th of April 2020 to this day I'm still waiting for funds , it's upsetting that I have to call the call centre that doesn't care at all about their customers only one person by the name of Nyiko Baloyi who tried his best to get the matter sorted but due to the *********** team leader that he reports to ,that promised to call me back and didn't , I'm very upset and disappointed at their service and if the money is paid to my Nedbank account how come it's not showing why can't anyone explain to me what happened to it? am I a victim of ***** ? Nedbank you better respond
