Disgusted!

NEDBANK: I have just come off the phone from a conversation with one of your small business customer service agents. I am left completely disgusted that this women decides to be patronising to one of Nedbank clients. I felt so strongly that I immediately started looking for another bank to move our business account to. I have banked with Nedbank for over 15 years and have noticed a definite steady decline in the level of service provided. This period of a worldwide pandemic has shown you up for what you really are.
