Disgusted

I have been banking with Nedbank for years I have never experienced the horrible service that I have been experiencing lately it started with the savvy account I opened I was suppose to receive 3cards I've been back and forth with receiving it from viking branch 1 at a time still my other card has not arrived I stand in endless queue which one doesn't always have the time worse case now I've got a loan which I'm paying they have decided to deduct 4 payments in a 2 week period that was not agreed on how pathetic I think they should shake hands with Capitec they'll make good business partners from a very upset and loyal customer who has never changed banks from them or turned my back on this bank and always doing referrals for you guys and this is the service I receive I'm disgusted by service.
