Disgusted at some of the Staff at Kokstad Nedbank.

I went to draw money at the atm this morning, employees said wait a minute, no further explanation. I see the manager opening the branch and entering closing the door, i try again to go to the ATM, and they rudely say wait a minute, so I asked why, so they say they are opening the branch so I reply and say I dont need to go to the branch, i just want to draw money and the lady with bleeched hair says wait. I promptly turn around to leave and she says BYEEEEE, so I told her to fetch her manager as this is no way to speak to clients, all I wanted was to draw money and this is the way they treat you. Think I should move banks as this lady was incredibly rude and kept smilling at me as I said call your Manager please and explain to her how you treated me. Im disgusted. Not my first run in with the Kokstad branch. They have no way of speaking to clients.
