disgusted at nedbank

my family and I have personal and business accounts with nedbank for years and our status has been upgraded to private and business clients for over ten years now.we were allocated a personal banker to handle all our accounts and always were loyal to nedbank with our business i.e purchasing vehicles,homes,investments,savings and policies. in may I decided to buy a property and was allocated an attorney by the selling agent.i transfered funds into a nedbank account and later found out I have been *****ed.i told my personal banker what had happened as it was a nedbank account and they had done a transfer for me aswell but never verified account until I found out.me being a private banking client had to get a lawyer to recover my funds from nedbank and was told I still had to run a loss of about 55k and that's what you get for being a private banking client.today we had our business lines cut and guys were cashing two off our cheques one in carltonville and another in potch nedbank ********** cheques and I couldn't get hold of my personal banker nor his pa to assist we have been phoning fox street for 2hrs and to no avail.is this what we get for being private banking business clients.
