Disgusted

I wouldn't give this bank 1 star but unfortunately it is a prerequisite to rate. It been days and Nedbank has still not refund the money they have ****** fro me. I would urge anyone to not ever back with Nedbank, they are a bunch of *******. The excuses Ive received since the money was deducted from my account without my authorization has been pathetic.
