Disgusted

I have been placed under debt review and Nedbank had accepted the terms Set forth by my debt counsellor. The bank then proceeded to still deduct money from my account for a loan. The debt counsellor then lodged a dispute and they said they will refund me in 10 days. It has been more than a month and still nothing. 3 follow up emails have been sent even to their escalations department still nothing I am left without any funds because of this inconvenience
