Disgusted!

To be honest.. I don't have words to describe it, to describe the disgust I feel about the services at Nedbank! They literally proved to me that they are indeed a bank that let's you go "cardless". I ordered cards on the 2nd of Feb, and it took 2 weeks! Everybody in those call centers was just lying through their teeth! I've never seen this.. People who are just comfortable lying to their own clients.. I don't think any bank can behave this badly!!
