Disgusted

My home loan debit order goes off on the 28th of every month, it does not change in December. Nedbank, in their brilliance without consulting with me, decided to debit on the 13th and tried again on the 22nd of December 2024. Both times I was penalized R105, therefore Nedbank owes me R210 due to their extreme incompetence and non existent efficiency.

I want my money back URGENTLY
