Disgusted

Pathetic service ever. No updates to my claim (floors, cupboards & tiles) My geyser burst which had been replaced within a week. The claims handler has sent out 2 different contractors to view the cupboards and tiles and claims there or they dont see anything wrong. My tiles are loose when knocking on it. The grouting is cracking which is so visable. I'm not tiler but it is noticeable. The laminating floors has lifted, scurtings has broken down to the dampness of the water which I took off as it it a hazard for the little one. The cupboard back boards as started staining due to the water and we literally had to take all clothing out the cupboards as it started smelling and yet, they still nothing is wrong. I got so impatient as to how long these process is taking so I got someone out to do a quote for all the above mention which has been submitted. After all this no one calls to you for updates whether it was good or bad. Now I have to call the same contractor who I paid for to come out for a quote to write out a report to explain what the damages are related too. My geyser sits ontop of my tiny bathroom and 2 rooms. Please tell me and there is no damage. Money is paid on time as always but when you need your house to be sorted out due to water damage it's an issue.
