Disgust with Nedbank

Hi. I did a cash deposit of R3500 at Carlswald branch into my account.however, the machine took my money and didn't record the deposit.it gave me a slip stating a technical error and that I had to call the call centre. I did that and got a *** and was told turnaround time is 3-4 days. Its now 2 weeks and I'm just told that they are still investigating. Their resolution manager -Kate said she'll handle the case and gave me yet another *** and just like the others: case is being investigated.

So I'm disgusted by this lack of customer care and inconvenience.
