Disgust in Nedbank

Nedbank is the worst bank you can possibly have the misfortune of having to deal with. I went into the Tygervalley branch at 10:30 this morning have my EFT limits increased. They told me it would take 20 min it is now 14:51 and I have ßill not heard from them.
