DISGUST BY NEDBANK

Worst customer service experience Nedbank....waiting now two months to be assisted regarding my home loan query...was assisted by Jonathan Ndlovu(Client Service Manager) I was inform by him I must do to payments and then I must contact him and he will sort it out i Mailed him 2 Oct 2023 he rep**** a day after the 3rd Oct 2023 and told me it's been logg they will contact me. It is the 31st Oct nobody contact me I mailed him 12 October 2023 to say I'm disappointed with the service I'm getting...still no reply...I went into the stellenbosch branch they contact the call centre it was logged again I was inform the will contact me between 24-48 hours a week later no call, Log Ref ***8 .......I'm disgust with Nedbank service in will really try my best to move my car and home loan from this bank and my wife's account
