Disgruntled Nedbank sendimali customer

My sister sent me R1500 sendimali on 28 December 2020.I went to Nedbank at ferndale on republic to withdraw the cash. I inserted all the details and the ATM malfunctioned before the cash came out. I tried the next ATM and the money didnt come out. I called the call centre and they told me that someone will go and count the cash at the Atm and the money will either be returned to my number or the person who sent it. I have been calling daily and no one seem to be able to resolve my query. My sister the sender has been checking her account daily and the money is not back in her account yet. I dont know what to do anymore as i have exhausted all the channels at my disposal. R1500 is a lot of money for it to just disappear. The ref number for the initial call made on 28 Dec 2020 is 714667.

The ref number for todays call is ***5.. I spoke to Lerato Molebathi.

Please help this is very frustrating.
