Disgruntled Manager doesn't know the meaning of apology

This is a follow-up on my complaint Ref. ********** 4 on a complaint about the usual inefficient and unhelpful Malvern staff and complimentary to Team Chatsworth staff. I received an absolutely obnoxious Malvern manager (think her name is Asha as I didn't pay much attention then because her arrogant tone preceded everything else then). She tells me with a nasty attitude that the reason why Chatsworth staff assisted me is because they are more equipped with technology but clearly that was not the reason, the argument was the atrocious attitude of your unhelpful staff. You need to bear in mind that in a corporate environment with clientele/customers you should embrace criticism as constructive rather than destructive. The bitterness and being disgruntled that Team Chatsworth outdid themselves leaves much to be desired. Now I understand why the staff lead by example in Malvern. This branch can have all the modern technology but will make no difference with this kind of attitude. Claudine Moodley to please contact me urgently. I don't appreciate this bullyish tone and I request no further calls from a rude person who doesn't want to redeem themselves or apologise but rather childishly compare themselves to a store of high ranking and abuse an irate customer instead.
