DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMER

hi i would like to air my disgruntlement on very poor service by nedbank branch in FESTIVAL MALL KEMPTON PARK. The service is far from being bad it is terrible, first it is the safety and health staff checking temperatures at the entrance and taking forever to let peolple in, then it is a gruelling experience waiting in a queue with only 4 people it would take an hour to get to the teller. Kindly look into it and improve. Staff is friendly in overall but service is very important
