Disgruntled customer

My girlfriends account has been frozen for over 4 months now ,and everytime we ask for feedback all they say is that it's getting investigated and that they were closed or some **** like that ,we have money in that account that we no longer have access to and it's reli frustrating some proper feedback and assistance would be highly appreciated
