Disgruntled and dismayed
I recently withdrew funds from my skrill account to my nedbank account and was asked to submit proof that the funds were really withdrawn from my skrill account and I did that. Later on nedbank said I should disclose what those funds were for and I did even though I didn't see the need for that. Now I'm told to submit my bank statements and copies of ID of which I don't understand why they require those details from me when in fact I have an account with them so it means they should have all that information with them. I feel nedbank is just trying to Rob me off my money.

14 Dec 2018, 09:26Good day,
Hopefully it will be today still because I have been going back and forth with Nedbank since Wednesday and that's a inconvenience on my side.
Imagine having to repeat yourself over and over again to a thousand people, it's really depressing.
