Disgruntled and Disappointed!

The service levels at finance institutions that were once in the past renowned are nothing but atrocious over the past few years..

I am waiting on a simple refund from the *********** and inept Greenbacks dept since March 2022 :-( Suffice to say the blundering fools did not refund but rather re-debit your account despite cancellation!!DUHH..

Being an ex employee and having kept my account for the last 2 decades I feel appalled at the fast declining service... Then you have the call centre who- refers your queries to back office, then you get the Bot who can't understand a simple query and- refers you to a 'human agent'! Is this why we pay exorbitant fees, to keep all these deficient, inefficient employees with many apologies but no delivery!! Pathetic!
