Disgraceful service

<p>Attention Nedbank home loans MD :<br /> <br /> I have asked afew times, regarding a better rate on my Home loan, but get different stories very time.<br /> <br /> Please can the MD of Home loans Nedbank call me to discuss the poor service received , or must i cancel my home loan and move to another bank.<br /> <br /> Please advise the way forward with this complaint !!! </p>
