Disgraceful

Ref ***0 From pillar to post no one can assist on a double debit that happened on my account on the 13th December To date no call backs, I have called on numerous occasions and sent to collection department and spoken to several agents. Why was my bond debited on the 13th December Why twice? And why has my money not been returned Debits are going off and being reversed
