DISGRACE, DISGUSTED, HEARTLESS SERVICE FROM NEDBANK

Very disappointed with this PATHETIC, USELESS, NO EMPATHY BANK. My credit cards expired, which they inform me by sms, also indicating that I can collect new cards at a Nedbank branch near to me or it can be delivered to my home for R160. I opt for the delivery option that was in February 2023. Up till now I have not received any cards. When I contact them they were practically no help at all. I was on the phone for more than an hour, on my cost nogal. Don't recommend this useless bank.
