Disaster of a Credit Card Application

I app**** for a credit card online and got approval. After that I got several SMS messages that I need to upload documents. I tried to do this several times (as Nedbank had asked me to do) and eventually phoned them to hear what was happening with my application.

I was informed that my application was NOW declined as I app**** multiple times in 30days. They would not listen to any explanation. They sent sms messages that I needed to upload documents and then declined my application for trying to upload these documents.

My interaction with Nedbank was highly unpleasant and unprofessional. I even thought of moving my Private Bank account to them (as I read they are rated as the best private bank).
