Disappointment with Nedbank Amex credit card

I am currently having issues with my Nedbank Amex card being on hold. I was contacted by the AMEX credit card division to confirm my transactions, which I did so that they can unblock the card. However, I was told to contact the ERD department to unblock my card, but it has been difficult for me because I am currently overseas. I would like to make payments/transfers to my credit card, but I cannot do that online, probably because of the block. This has been very frustrating for me and disappointing, because I have been with Nedbank since 2011.
