Disappointment regarding homeowners insurance

We had storm damage on 7 December 2017. The severe damage to our house's roof and ceiling was reported on 14 December. This is now 6 months later and we are still waiting for the insurance from our bond to do something about the claim that was submitted. We had several phone calls made to them and numerous e-mails without success. We are so disappointed. Every time we are experiencing another storm, the damage just gets worse.
