Disappointment

I have been a loyal customer to Nedbank for many years- been recently I am really disappointed. My card expired in June, it is now 3 months that I am trying to get my new card. They keep telling me they are escalating it. But here I am, no card, no access to my own money. Nedbank .. you disappointed me.
