Disappointing service, no customer care or consideration at all.

I dont think even 1star is deserved, from begining march i am struggling with my credit card. every time i try using it transactions are declined or unauthorised. I have to call daily and i receive same response "everything is fine we dont know why it is declining" until one customer care guy said he thinks the chip on the is not working.. since having the credit no transaction has gone through. i am bitterly disapointed and regret having gone to nedbank for the credit card while i am banking with another institution and never had issues with them.

BITTERLY DISAPPOINTED. SHAME.
