Disappointing service
I am very dissatisfied with the treatment and service I have received. 8 credit cards that I never possessed appeared on my profile! It took months forr Nedbank to remove these cards. One of these blocked cards is still on my profile! Because of this mess that did not create my Credit Score has dropped by 9 points! What is this! I feel like taking my account to another bank! Please remove the blocked card from my profile AND restore my Credit Score please.

12 Oct 2024, 08:05Of the 8 credit cards mentioned above, 7 have now been removed, but there is still a blocked card that was NOT removed. My credit score has not been restored either. I went to the Rosebank Branch, and asked to speak to the manager. I was told that the manager is busy. I called Tshidi who is the person dealing with this and was told she would return my call. That never happened.
