Disappointing service and disrespect

My card was scheduled to expire at the end of this month. Got a message from Nedbank as to where I wanted my card to be delivered I chose Mall of Africa when I went to collect it had been sen to Eastgate fine called Nedbank they rerouted the card to Mall of Africa. First time I went to Mall of Africa to collect they were off line and I went in again on Saturday and guess what they are off line but the classic is they are able to collect money but we must wait as they are unable to manual search for a card. Ask to speak to a manager guess what he/she is conveniently not available. Had to pick a huge fuss in order to get my card finally got it and it cannot be activated I went home with my card not activated and in my frustration and anger forgot my ID at the bank, I went back to fetch and the 2 ladies and the front have the audacity to gossip about me how very professional to treat yout customers with such disrespect after being inconvenienced time and time and again and being patient and understanding.
