Disappointing service

I have a credit account with nedbank, Like most people I experienced some financial difficulties this year and was unable to pay my account. A lady called me, I explained to her my situation, she hung up on me. I never received my statements since April last year, I had no idea how much was still outstanding, I received a call stating that my account has been handed over. Nevertheless, I settled my account and will be closing my account, It's unfortunate that some banks go the extra mile for their clients, but Nedbank was so quick to hand me over without even so much as a phone call. Very disappointed..
