Disappointing service

l purchased a washing machine on the 27th of August with ORDER NO. 3VG-14Q-7Z7 . After 20 days l canceled the order because l was told many stories but no delivery of the washing machine, up to today waiting for my refund and still nothing, extremely disappointed in the service and the empty promises
