Disappointing service

I am not sure who actually is responsible for this, the consultant at the bank is being defensive. the call centre is clueless!! Who in this institution deals with lifting frozen a/c for an Estate late that means the person died FIRST and then he a/c was opened, not he was alive, opened the a/c and then died. I went to the branch Eastgate 22 July 2015 to sort out this frozen status it was supposedly going to be rectified in a couple of days...it wasn't!!! I try to transact on this a/c now in Dec and I see the same 'status invalid' message in red. The branch tells me this is because the a/c was not active so they reserve the right to freeze it! This is done for my own protection, NEWSFLASH this hasn't protected me from anything cause according to your consultant to get it unfrozen the amount of time is unknown due to severe back logs. Clearly you are just going around freezing these a/cs in large very large numbers. Why do you not notify customers? Besides this is an estate late a/c that can easily take a number of YEARS to wind up. So I need to go to the branch EVERYTIME nedbank decides to protect me without letting me knowing and only just cause this frustration!!!
