Disappointing service

I received a call from Nedbank to confirm funds coming into my account. When i confirmed that the funds are from Paysafe which i withdrew from neteller account. They were quick to say they will return back the funds because are from online trading source. Its very ironic that Nedbank has online trading and that they are listed as the bank that can deposit and withdraw funds from online trading. Such an inconvience by Nedbank. I will close my account and bank with another bank that really inspires clients to see money differently. Im so disappointed at their service.
