Disappointing review by Nedbank

I am really really disappointed in Nedbank. I asked the bank to help me, not to deduct my bond for this month based on the reasons i gave them. It took Nebank about i can not remember how many weeks to respond the reason being they were in discussion to see if that is possible. I gave them reasons of why i ask such a request and i promised and committed to pay pack that amount in instalments of 2 to 3 months to cover my August bond repayment. I have been with Nedbank for more than 8 years paying my bond, even during the recession period, i never asked them to adjust my bond because it was getting tough for financiall but i still went on paying as normal without any complains but today, i ask them for one month skip, and will repay it R700 a month to cover the month of August, the declined. The reasons i got, i was told that they won't help me based on the political atmosphere in the country, people are struggling financially blah blah. My question i ask was if i was the son of one of the ministers, or nephewe to the president, or a well known celebrity, was the treatment gonna be the same? i doubt, just because i am nothing, they know my pockets and my trouble, they rely on their capitalists theories, they decided to decline my request. i asked the bank politely and giving the reasons of why, my ex-wife passed away in July, she was not working, i helped in her burial because we had kids, before she died, she taook the kids back to me, meaning i had to readjust my budget and also with me helping in her burial and i asked the bank just to miss this month so i can cover the credits but the bank said no, they do not help someone like me, they have their special people who deserve the treamtment i do not deserve. i was honest and polite with the bank, some people withdraw their moneys before banks can take their bond repayment but i did not do that, i went to the bank and asked and also give them assurance that i will pay back that money, but still they declined. it is evivent that our banks are in the hands of the capitalists who do not care about the man on the street, they think of their investors and their pockets..die today, they sell your property in two hours, you miss a payment they send you to their lawyers, you ask something they do not give, they want to you *****, i do not want to *****, i want Nedbank to listen to my plea and help me..

it is not the first time i asked by i was not helped, i came back asking again, you declined my request. you are not interested in working with your customers in good faith. really do you think i won't be able to repay back something like R3000 in 2 months? paying R 700 every month to cover the R3000 is nothing to be honest but you have the nereve to take me from pillar to post because i am nothing. i am really disappointed.
