Disappointing Relationship management

I am a platinum account holder for 3 years at this branch. I was allocated Professional Relationship manager for my direct support and service. Joke!<br> I have managed my account well over the time with no problems. Deposited a decent amount into the account every month to service debit orders. <br> Last month business went bad. No income. RDs came my way. I received automated email responses from my \Relationship Manager"but not a call to establish the problem. <br> I called and left 7 messages for her to call me to explain my situation. Still no reply. On the 8th time she answered and said she never received my messages. Sad!<br> On challenging her willingness to at least call me"
