Disappointing Poor service

Nokwazi from Durban Mfc such a arrogant lady .. I told her the verification ussd will drop my call can she call me back if it drops she’s said no it shouldn’t do that. I said it does end the call .. and she just sent it. Very bad experience with Nedbank poor
