Disappointing. No words to explain the bad service received.

I visited Nedbank Jubilee Mall. I've been on a queue for over 4 hours. The whole branch, which is the only branch servicing Hammanskraal has only 2 consultants working. Pls Nedbank advise how this works. It's month end and we being told the consultants are in sick leave. So there is not work around unplanned leave? Capitec has long queues but moving and they are serving, you will never find a whole branch with only 2 consultants. Very disappointing. What I feel at this moment, I can't even discribe the emotions. Bad service. Disappointing. They might as well close that branch. Ned bank needs to do better than this.
