Disappointing Nedbank Send imali Service.

I sent money to my cell phone via Nedbank Send imali. I never got the sms with the pin. I called Nedbank a week ago. I was told that my query is still under investigation and they will keep me up to date. On Wednesday I was told the same. Today I am again told that my query is still under investigation and they will keep me up to date. i asked for turnaround time and they wouldn't give it to me. I honestly feel like I am now begging for my money and its not cool. I definitely will close the account and move to another bank.
