Disappointing home loan (Nedbank)

Nedbank Home Loans, such a disappointing end to a good service. I'm selling my home , lawyers informed me that I have a penalty fee of close to 50k. When I call the department they say must cancel the settlement wait 90days then proceed, what utter nonsense. If this was stated I will by all means take responsibility. This so irritating and frustrating, actually if this is the way yourll operate then this is good riddens to..............
