Disappointing experience

Disappointing Experience with Nedbank recoveries contact center.

On 1/11/2024 I called nedbank legal and recovery call center regarding a paid up letter. The representative, Simone, Angel and others, failed to resolve my problem despite assuring me it would be fixed. While talking to one person others at the background are hysterically laughing as if they are in a 21st party. The representative seemed uninterested, didn't listen actively, and transferred me multiple times without resolving the issue. I was promised a callback within 5 minutes, which never happened. I expected a prompt resolution to my issue and a courteous, professional interaction. Unfortunately, Nedbank failed to meet my expectations. I hope the management takes necessary steps to improve their customer service.
