Disappointing Experience 😞!!

I've been patient with these loan consultants, and I've just not received as much transparency, as I'd like.

It was sounding like the consultants knew that Mataphelo hasn't really done everything she's needed to.

It's taken me more than 3 days to get funds.

I've filled out the form that I've needed to (contract), and I've provided documents. Only to be told that it wasn't attached or processed by her.

I had gotten a lovely OOH, indicating that said person will only be available on the 21st or 22nd January.

Would that mean that I wait until then?

I regret not dealing wit Devesh again, as he was prompt, and kept me in the loop every step of the way.
