Disappointing experience

This branch surely needs to hire more people and do better cause it gets so congested while people don’t get assistance especially pensioners.

I’ve been here for close to an hour because I wanted a bank statement for my blind grandmather they really need to prioritise disabled pensioners . Really not happy with how things are done here
