Disappointing Customer Service

I recently had to go to the Mall of Africa branch to get assistance urgently, unfortunately the consultant who was amazing by the way couldn't assist she had to call a particular department. The lady that got the call was so rude even the consultant was shocked at her rudeness. I'm really disappointed with the customer service I received not only that particular day only but the past few weeks regarding this particular issue which I even stated it's extremely critical. Can't wait to close my account
