Disappointing and Unprofessional Service

Good day. The Services of Nedbank is appalling. I spoke to a Phindile at Customer Service enquiring about a missing transaction on my card. This Consultant simply couldn't be bothered and dropped the phone. When I called back I was rather transferred from pillar to post, with absolutely no assistance in site.

Do the Consultants of Nedbank know what they are doing? Disappointing and Unprofessional Service
