Disappointing.

My credit card went missing, and before I had noticed it was missing and blocked it, there was an unauthorized transaction of R260 that was made on it. Now this might not be a huge sum to many but it is to me. When I tried to get assistance with possibly getting the amount reversed, the response I got was "I would suggest you block your card to prevent further debits", as if that wasn't obvious.

I don't expect to get the money back but it would have been nice to get some assistance with tracing where, when and who made the transaction. Or at the very least a more sympathetic response from Nedbank.
