Disappointed/Frustrated.Banks taking us for granted.

Nedbank has done it again.Two days ago I went into my app to transact.It’s blocked,says I’m not fica verified.No notification from the bank whatsoever prior to this requesting any information nor communication that my accounts will be blocked. So much for a 35 year old client.
