Disappointed with Nedbank service

I have been trying to get hold of Nedbank New Market since last week Thursday and no one answers calls - even tried to call the call center to get through to the branch and we cannot get hold of anyone. We have business banking with Nedbank and the service we are getting is VERY disappointing. We have received NO support from the bank.
