Disappointed with Nedbank home loans

I have received an appalling service from a bank which I thought it stood the test of time. I am a long-time client of Nedbank, but I am shocked by the level of unprofessionalism and incompetency from their sales consultant, by the name of Malosi Madubanye. I've app**** for a home loan at Nedbank. I have received and accepted a quotation, which was subject to verification. It remains a mystery that I've received a quotation prior to verification. To this date, I have not received any feedback from Malose or Nedbank. I have attempted several times to contact Malose but he does not seem to care as he never returned my calls. I have lodged a complaint with the bank, and every time I'm being told about the verification stage. It has been approximately 2 months since the verification process started, and we have even lost the house because of lack of feedback. NEDBANK has really disappointed me. My Husband and I have decided to close all our accounts. I hope nobody ever goes through this ordeal.
